Fills are based on the amount of time I need to get you back to your normal fullness. A normal fill is typically used for two week fills, and an Extended fill is considered to be three weeks since your last appointment. I do not provide fills after three weeks. If you need to book a fill after three weeks, a Full Set will need to be scheduled.


If you currently have lash extensions applied by another lash artist, it is mandatory to schedule a "Foreign Fill". If the current work is causing damage to your natural lashes, a removal will be necessary. In this instance I will do a removal at your appointment and reschedule you for a full set at a later date. By booking a foreign fill, you agree that you may be subject to a removal and full set.


Aftercare is mandatory in order to preserve the health of your natural lashes as well as prolong the lifetime of your lash extensions. Cleansing once a day with an approved lash cleanser, not picking, and regularly scheduling fills are all required. If you arrive to your appointment with makeup/lash glue/buildup, we will need to reschedule for a full set. Failure to maintain a clean lash line may result in termination of services. 


Failure to notify me that you will not be able to attend your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service to the card on file. Payment must be received before rescheduling. No exceptions will be made.

No Call - no show

No refunds for any services. If you experience any dissatisfaction during your appointment, it is understood that you will address any and all issues before you leave the studio. By leaving your appointment, you agree that the service you received was satisfactory. If you experience major fallout within the first two days of your appointment, please reach out to me. If you choose to wait until your next fill, you are subject to the normal fill price.

Refunds and returns

My studio is a small, intimate space. Please refrain from bringing children or guests, as there is simply not enough room for more than two people in my suite. 

Children and guests

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance, no exceptions. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice, 100% of service payment is required and will be charged to the card on file. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of any future appointments. Payment must be received before rescheduling.


There's a 15 minute grace period for all late arrivals. If you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it's understood that your appointment may be cancelled. If you are less than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you acknowledge that your lashes will not be as full as they would have been if you arrived on time. If you're late to your appointment and a cancellation has to be made, it is understood that you will pay 100% of the service price.

Late arrival

Besse Beauty requires all guests to have a card on file in order to reserve an appointment. Failing to do so will result in cancellation of any future appointments.
